Moulin Rouge - Gel Colour Polish

Add a touch of drama with Moulin Rouge.

Prep nails with prep liquid and a base coat. Use 2-3 coats of Moulin Rouge to get a pop of colour, followed by a top coat to get a brilliant shine.
