Shipping policy

Luxe Cosmetics always aim to get our products to you as quickly as possible and as cheaply as possible. We regularly offer free shipping deals as promotions through site however our standard shipping rates are as follows.

Standard UK shipping is charged at £3.99 for purchases under £30 and is FREE on purchases above £30.

International shipping is available and is charged at £5.99 for purchases under £50 and is FREE on purchases above £50. 

We use Hermes and Royal Mail as our delivery partner, to ship from our UK warehouse with same day dispatch on any orders made before 3pm. Orders after 3pm will be dispatched next day. 

From time to time, the shipping time guarantee may vary depending on stock availability. In the unlikely circumstances that there is a hold up with stock which would result in a delay to your order, Luxe Cosmetics will make every effort to contact you to let you know.

Upon a delay we commit to refund anyone upon request who had paid the £3.99 for express delivery charge, and anyone who qualified for free shipping may be able to receive a special discount code as compensation, at the discretion of our Customer Service team.

If you are based in the UK and the order does not arrive within 7 days from confirmation of dispatch, or if you are based outside of the UK and the order does not arrive within 10 days, please contact Customer Service by emailing info@weareluxe.co.

We can investigate with Royal Mail and then if we deduce that the order did not in fact reach its intended destination, we will resend your order for you (as we understand items can sometimes be lost in the post). We will only do this once however, and then if it still doesn't arrive Luxe Cosmetics will not take liability.

If non-arrival of items purchased from the store is down to a mistake by you (the customer) during the ordering process (i.e wrong address) and you do not let us know prior to dispatch, Luxe Cosmetics will not be liable and will not resend your order.
